New Boulevard is the youngest and actively developing neighbourhood of Batumi, which combines magnificent natural scenery and developed infrastructure. This part of the city is famous for its green parks and squares, where locals and tourists can relax and spend time with family or friends.

A well-developed public transport network, including buses and shuttles, makes it easy to reach any corner of the city. Taxis and bike hire are also available, making travelling in and around the area comfortable and convenient. On the outskirts of the neighbourhood is the city's airport, giving many of the complexes excellent mountain views, due to the fact that no tall buildings are allowed near the airport.
