Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi is a resort and residential complex developed by Archi on the shore of the Sioni Reservoir, approximately 50 km from Tbilisi and around 1,100 metres above sea level. The project combines a five-star Le Méridien hotel, aparthotels, villas and extensive resort facilities. Key Features – The interiors feature a contemporary, nature-inspired colour palette with warm wood tones, milky white and light beige backgrounds, complemented by muted turquoise-green, dusty pink and terracotta accents. – The apartments are delivered fully finished, furnished and equipped with appliances. The aparthotels were designed by the Madrid studio of Chapman Taylor. – The facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a combined area of approximately 2,500 m², a water park, a spa centre, spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation, and fitness facilities covering approximately 3,000 m². – Residents will have access to five restaurants, a bar, cafés, relaxation areas, a banquet hall for 550 guests, conference rooms, terraces, an open-air cinema, an amphitheatre and a winter garden.
