Grand Avenue by Archi

The large-scale residential complex Grand Avenue by Archi is located on Tsotne Dadiani Street. The project is being developed under the “city within a city” concept and will transform the site of an old factory into a new modern district with residential, office, and commercial spaces. Key Features – The architectural concept of the project was developed with the participation of an international team: architect Wei Yap Ooi, landscape designer Bob Earl, and Chapman Taylor. – 75% of the territory is allocated to green and recreational areas. The project also includes walking spaces, cycling lanes, children’s areas, and places for relaxation. – The complex infrastructure includes co-working spaces, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA, a padel center, a 2 500 m² fitness center, sports grounds, a gastro hub, cafés, restaurants, a museum, a bowling club, and multi-level parking. – For families with children, the project provides a school, kindergarten, children’s entertainment center, and play areas.
